Returns
All of our products are made-to-order, which means we don’t keep inventory on hand. As such, we do not accept returns for any reason.
To avoid any issues:
- Check the sizing chart on each product page to select the correct size.
- Ensure your shipping and contact information is accurate before submitting your order.
If you need to make changes to your order, contact us at support@reallifethreads.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we can’t guarantee changes after this time, we’ll do our best to help.
If we made an error (e.g., sent you the wrong item), let us know, and we’ll send you the correct item free of charge. No need to return the incorrect item—keep it as our gift for the inconvenience.
Refunds and Store Credits
If your item arrives damaged or has missing parts, we’ll issue you store credit equivalent to the item’s value. Store credit can be used on any future purchases from our store.
If you choose not to accept a replacement for an incorrect item, you’ll receive store credit equal to half the item’s value.
Refunds to your original payment method are available upon request but will include a $5 cancellation and processing fee.
Exclusions from Store Credits or Refunds:
- Items purchased on sale.
- Accessories, gift cards, or promotional gear.
Cancellations
Please double-check your order before submitting it. If you need to cancel, contact us at support@reallifethreads.com within 24 hours. After this period, your order will already be in production, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
Shipping
Our products are made-to-order, so production times typically take 5-7 business days. Once your item is ready, it will ship via standard shipping, which takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping Fees:
- Non-refundable, even in cases of store credit or refunds.
- Included in your final bill unless waived due to promotions.
Delivery Locations:
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
Risk of Loss:
Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier and a tracking number is issued, the title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

What if I received the wrong product?
Contact us at support@reallifethreads.com with a photo of the item you received. If we made an error, we’ll send you the correct item free of charge, and you can keep the incorrect one.
What if my product is defective or damaged?
Email us at support@reallifethreads.com with a photo for verification. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit equivalent to the item’s value.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately, we cannot process size exchanges or returns due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Please consult the sizing chart before placing your order.
Can I update my address after ordering?
If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to update the address. After this time, updates may not be possible.
What’s the ETA for my order?
Production typically takes 5-7 business days, and shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
What if my order is lost in transit?
Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance. If your package is confirmed lost, email us at support@reallifethreads.com so we can help resolve the issue.
